The arrest and manhandling of PTI chairman Imran Khan spark nationwide protests in Pakistan and around the world, including in Toronto. Despite the challenging situation, the love for Pakistan and support for Imran Khan brought people out in large numbers. PTI Toronto shares its perspective and plans for the future. No individual or group can gather a crowd as big as we saw in these protests except for the patriotism of Pakistan and the love of Imran Khan. Self-promoters are active but the cause of a better Pakistan is the focus.
